Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and answer basic questions / 协助顾客并解答基本问题
- Help customers choose suitable products / 帮助顾客选择合适的产品
- Handle sales, billing, and payment / 处理销售、开票和收款事宜
- Prepare quotations and take customer orders / 准备报价单并接收顾客订单
- Arrange and check stock / 整理并检查库存
- Keep the shop clean and organized / 保持店铺清洁整齐
- Support the sales team to achieve sales targets / 协助销售团队达成销售目标
- Follow up with customers when required / 必要时跟进顾客
- Perform basic paperwork and data entry / 完成基本的文书工作和数据录入
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills / 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- Basic computer knowledge (POS system, Microsoft Office) / 基本的电脑知识(POS系统、Microsoft Office办公软件)
- Sales or retail experience is an advantage / 有销售或零售经验者更佳
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team / 能够独立工作,也能作为团队成员协作
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset / 积极乐观,以客户为中心
