Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic office and administrative tasks / 执行基本的办公室和行政任务
- Handle data entry, filing, and document sorting / 负责数据录入、文件归档和整理
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic enquiries / 接听电话并回复基本咨询
- Prepare simple documents, invoices, or reports / 准备简单的文件、发票或报告
- Assist with daily office operations / 协助日常办公室运营
- Support other departments / 协助其他部门
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment / 保持办公室环境的清洁和整齐
- Follow company procedures and instructions / 遵守公司规章制度和指示
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills / 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- Basic computer knowledge (POS system, Microsoft Office) / 基本的电脑知识(POS系统、Microsoft Office办公软件)
- Sales or retail experience is an advantage / 有销售或零售经验者更佳
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team / 能够独立工作,也能作为团队成员协作
